Apple Fahey B.Ed, MS

I am the co-founder and Managing Director of Individually Different where I combine my background in international education and business to help purpose-driven organisations grow through thoughtful learning design.
I hold a B.Ed in Education and Counseling, and a Master's degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.​

I am also the founder of Artisan Sourdough Apple Fahey, Chiang Mai's specialist sourdough bakery. My work, both in learning design and baking, reflects a belief in the value of craftsmanship, and the importance of community.

Learning Design Director
I am a Certified Business Psychologist and Learning Designer with a passion for helping purpose-driven organisations create impactful and durable learning experiences that support positive change.
I bring a diverse background spanning organisational psychology, education, and environmental consulting, and combine these threads through Individually Different, the learning design consultancy I co-founded. We specialise in designing engaging, evidence-based learning experiences for NGOs, social enterprises, and for-purpose businesses worldwide.

I hold degrees in Psychology, Environmental Science, and an MBA from the University of Leicester. I am accredited by the Association for Business Psychology, and also hold Qualified Teacher Status with the UK Department for Education
​
When I am not designing learning, you will find me on my ecological farm in Chiang Mai, exploring nature connection and designing resilient food systems.
