Sirinapha Fahey B.Ed, MSc
Managing Director
​
Sirinapha is the co-founder of Individually Different and serves as our Managing Director. She has a background as an international school educator and in business administration.
​
She is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University where she majored in Education and Counselling Psychology, and also holds a Masters degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
​
When she is not helping clients, Sirinapha is a sourdough aficionado and loves teaching others how to make great bread using natural yeast.
David Fahey BSc (Hon), MSc, MBA, CBP
Business & Organisational Psychologist
​
David is a Certified Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology in the UK. He has extensive experience in executive search and business and organisational psychology consulting. He co-founded Individually Different with the aim of offering high quality business psychology services tailored to organisations operating in Thailand and South East Asia.
​
He holds a Bachelor's and a Masters degree in Psychology, both accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), along with an MBA from the University of Leicester. He is also BPS-qualified in Occupational Testing, and licensed to use a wide range of globally-recognised psychometric tools. His Masters thesis was a cross-cultural investigation into maladaptive workplace behaviours between participants from the the United Kingdom and Thailand.

Outside of psychology, David is human-scale regenerative farmer, holds a degree in Environmental Science, and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. He is passionate about the outdoors and nature for promoting positive mental health and psychological wellbeing.
